Counter-refund expenses are charged 5% on the price due to agency expenses.

Home delivery does not involve payment of any additional expenses, counter-refund and home delivery costs will be billed only once, even if the order is served in multiple packages.

Orders will be shipped via an express courier service. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability. We guarantee the delivery of our products in the shortest possible time so that you do not have to worry about anything just to be able to enjoy your items.

For products that are not in stock, please feel free to call us to contact you when the supplier communicates the approximate delivery time to us.

Returns

As soon as you receive your order, make sure it is the right item, and that it is in perfect condition. If you wish to return or cancel the order, you have 24 hours from delivery to contact us.

Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will initiate the return, replacement or exchange.

Please note that except in the case of defective goods, we cannot change or accept the return of items that have been opened and used.

The resolution of the problems will be done in the Courts and Tribunals of the buyer's domicile

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
